Brass in the Park July 2008

A crowd of about 700 people watched the Minden Band of the Queen’s Division beating Retreat in the park of Bergh Apton Manor on Friday 25 July.  The event was organised to raise funds for the Afghanistan Appeal of the 1 Royal Anglians and for the building of a new village hall for Bergh Apton.

The organisers are confident that the sum to be divided equally between their two charities will be very close to £8,000.
